Donations to Health Education on Wheels, a Recognized National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) help to promote lifestyle intervention to prevent type 2 diabetes, and other chronic diseases to those who have the disease and those at risk in Staten Island communities where they live, play, work and worship to help delay or prevent the onset of the disease.

Your funds are put to work immediately to help promote small steps that lead to big rewards in making changes toward a healthier lifestyle to reap big rewards such as delaying or preventing the disease and its complications..
